How does a personalized song request work?
Create a private account, complete the guided story brief and review the confirmed scope and quote. Production starts after the required details and payment state are confirmed, and progress stays visible in your client portal.
Will my story stay private?
Yes. Brief details and delivery files stay inside the private client workflow. Songs.fit does not publish a customer story, testimonial or demo unless the required permission is recorded.
Can I choose the style, voice and lyrics direction?
Yes. The brief collects mood, genre, vocal direction, tempo, language, phrases to include and anything to avoid. Final availability is confirmed with the creative scope.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery window starts after the complete brief, scope and payment are confirmed. Timing depends on complexity and deadline; the agreed estimate appears in your quote and portal updates.
Are revisions included?
Revision scope is confirmed before production. A revision adjusts the agreed direction, while a new recipient, story or substantially different style may require a new scope.
Can I use the song at a wedding, proposal or business event?
Tell us the intended use in the brief. Private gifts and event or commercial uses can require different permissions and delivery terms, which are confirmed before production.
