The delivery window is confirmed after the complete brief, scope and payment are agreed. Timing can vary with complexity, collaborators, revisions and the intended use. Revision scope, number and timing are confirmed with the package. A revision adjusts the agreed direction; a materially new story, style or recipient may require a new order.
